the Bounty Paper Towels I’ve ordered typically have 128 2-ply sheets per/roll [=111 ft² per/roll];
it used to be 143 sheets per/roll, but it’s still cheaper than retail. 🙂
I do the math by the sheet, but it also works by ft² or roll:
I pay ± $33.67 for Amazon’s “Subscribe & Save”: 16 rolls at 128 sheets/roll.
• $33.67 ÷16 rolls =$2.10 per/roll
• $2.10 per/roll ÷128 sheets =$0.01640 per/sheet
16 rolls x 128 sheets =2048 sheets
• $33.67 ÷ 2048 sheets =$0.01640 per/sheet
16 rolls x 110 ft² =1760 ft²/roll
• $33.67 ÷ 1760 ft² =$0.019 per/ft²

When I went shopping for Bounty towels again I found this “Quick Size” and was a bit concerned they may be much narrower than the usual select-a-size we have learned to like over the past year. We have used Bounty towels for many, many years and prior to the shortages last year we only used and swore by the full size sheets. When the select-a-size sheets became the only towels available we quickly learned that we really liked them and the smaller size was all we really needed for the many uses we have for them.
The “Quick size” is “slightly” less in width than the usual select a size by 1/4″ of an inch which is very unnoticed when using. I am posting several photos to show how little the difference is and because it is so little, this is the brand we will most likely continue to purchase in the future. We have tried many paper towel brands over the years and Bounty has proven to provide the best quality and absorbency of any and we are both near and at 70 years of age so you can take our long time experience as a solid recommendation.
The photos show the quick size on top of and then aside of the general select a size and then the last two have a ruler showing the difference in size to be the 1/4 inch and quite frankly if you did not look at the comparison you would most likely never notice the small difference in width.

Look! Real paper towels. These do everything proper paper towels should do. If you need a paper towel, and I know I do, these are the ones to buy. I could go on and on about paper towels and their merits and why they improve the quality of my life. But if I need to do that for you shouldn’t be reading this review and you shouldn’t be allowed to go outside without your helmet. I trust you probably know why you want paper towels. These paper towels are great. I said they’re great therefore you should buy them. I am the final arbiter of all consumer paper products, including paper towels, at my job.

Amazon…I have a covered portico, there is no need to leave a box of paper towels in the rain. Paper towels absorb…1 case of ruined paper towels.

Household cleaning. The ad says it is 1 package however it was not makes me feel that the rolls are not as large as I used to purchase from hd you can squeeze these rolls why did you replace the pkg with double roll packs?

We have been getting these paper towels for a couple of years. Large rolls less changing. I like the tear off what you need . but this one roll is not serrated. Makes using the towels a little messy sometimes small pieces become detatched.

Through years of trial and error, our family has concluded Bounty makes the best paper towels. Now they’ve gone one step further by making bigger sized rolls. I store extra paper towels down in our basement—anything that saves me from repeatedly going down there is a plus. Like mega toilet paper, these last about twice as long as regular paper towel rolls, and getting them in bulk eases up shopping time too.
A regular Bounty (Select-A-Size) roll has 84 sheets per roll. This Quick size has 143 sheets per roll. I’m not sure they’ll work with some newer style roll holders, but they fit just fine in the old-fashioned holder that hangs under a shelf in our laundry room. Width wise—a regular roll measures about 5” across; this quick size measures about 6” across. The trade-off is this jumbo roll is slightly smaller in sheet size than select-a-size (11″ x 5.9″ versus 11″ x 5.7″). You’ll never notice that negligible difference when cleaning up messes—one sheet still gets most household jobs picked up fast and effectively.

Always buy ONLY Bounty. I have tried all the brands but Bounty is the best. Amazon Bounty sheet size is perfect. in Costco same Bounty select size the size of each sheet is much bigger, I guess the size is vary by the store.
