Received the large box of Bounty Towels. The box it came in was not completely sealed. There was dust/dirt all over the inside and outside. There was dust/dirt all over each sealed package of towels. The floor was dirty when I moved the box. I swept up a tablespoon of dirt just from the area the box sat on. Where did this box come from??

These towels are proven performers. When I bought these towels, I really didn’t want to amass a big pile of them in the house. I did not want anything like AUTO SHIP which does not benefit me. I feel like someone did a “switch-a-roo” on me. I use the towels that can be torn off in half sheets. What I got was a case of standard sheets. Same towels, but not as convenient. I am a senior and I try to be frugal with disposables as I can. I sometimes tear the half sheet into quarter sheet size for small cleanups and tight spaces. Yes, I will still Purchase, but I will use much more scrutiny,

My rolls arrived as full sized sheets. Huge rolls which are produced in the same, typical, great quality like all other Bounty products.
UPDATE 1/12/13: Another bad Logistics delivery, left near the sidewalk in snowy weather, by the tome I found someone to help me bring inside, they were gone. I’m too close to a Public Sidewalk and share a tiny deck with another unit owner, deliveries simply cannot be left willy nilly. I’m disabled and can’t reach the location where they were dumped. However, any able bodied person can swipe anything from the deck as they stroll by, or are parked near the deck. It’s futile to call Customer Service, an hour long call regarding the same issues every week. I absorb the cost but now, and re-purchase elsewhere. Drivers can’t walk 2.5′ to my door.

Box takes up room and difficult to dispose of. Get a better deal from Big Box stores for like product.

This was advertised as one package of paper towel like I normally buy so I was very shocked to receive this giant box of two to a pack which I found a little off putting.I use nothing but Bounty Paper Towels so I’ll keep them but it wasn’t worth the money The rolls are not as thick as if you brought the eight pack

The total sq ft for the item was stated at 992 sq ft in the Q/A section. I just received it and it’s only 888 sq feet. (the 16=40 pack). That takes the price/sq ft up. And why don’t they just put the total sq ft in the item description? Morons. The paper towels are great though.
